Our cylinders are filled with two bar of dry nitrogen for preservation purposes during delivery. Following delivery, the preservation of storage becomes the responsibility of the customer. • Type 1 seamless cylinders: Known for their durability and unlimited lifespan, these seamless, solid steel cylinders provide unlimited life for a long-lasting storage solution for compressed gas storage.
• Type 3 cylinders: Type 3 cylinders feature a thin and lightweight aluminium liner, fully overwrapped with carbon composite. 
• Type 4 cylinders: Type 4 gas cylinders are made primarily from carbon composite, with a polymer liner.

Yes we do. Our end-to-end service means that we work in collaboration with our customers to design, manufacture along with ensuring it’s installed and commissioned (if required) safely.

First of all, it’s important to determine whether the contamination is detrimental to the operating of the system or whether it’s part of the usual operation. This will depend on what the end application is.

For example, fuel cells are very sensitive to contaminants, so it’s extremely important to seek expert advice quickly. Our integrity management team can visit on-site to examine the contamination and offer advice along with a course of action. 

Heave compensation systems are less sensitive to contaminants. However we would still recommend that you seek advice from our integrity management team.
